Omar was the owner of a shop at Strata Space Port. Originally from Earth, he had been given the opportunity to move to Hope City and buy this shop - a decision which he later came to regret.
He enlisted Sabina White's help to get him a date with a waitress named Betsy. He also had a droid named after Betsy.
