Miss Pique was a Strata employee who was secretly working with the Hope City Governor to uncover evidence of corruption within her organisation.
Some months prior to the events of Space Pilgrim Episode III: Delta Pavonis, she had picked up a criminal named Viper on a possession charge, forcing him to become an informat.
Unfortunately, Viper did not like this arrangement and tried to dispose of her in a bombing at Strata Space Port. She survived this assassination attempt, however, and the evidence she had uncovered utlimately helped to bring down the Strata corporation.
