Captain Lucille Altari is a high-ranking officer in the Space Wardens.
Altari wears a prosthetic mask due to the fact that her jaw was blown clean off by a plasma rifle. She is the commanding officer of the G.U.S. Nyland.
She rescued Gail Pilgrim after her ill-fated attempt to negotiate a truce in the Elivagar miners rebellion. Altari then commanded a strike force which bombarded the separatists and forced them to surrender.
