Hope City is a location on Planet Leto in the Delta Pavonis star system. Gail Pilgrim describes it as "somewhere between an industrial nightmare and a shanty town."
John Pilgrim was a resident here for some time, along with Jojo and Ashanti Okar. Gail and her crew also took refuge here while on the run from the Jovian Astrolaw Commission in Space Pilgrim Episode III: Delta Pavonis.
At this time, the city was under the control of a corporation called Strata, who ruled the city with an iron fist. Only Hope City residents were permitted to carry firearms within the city limits.
