Doctor Avasa Bhatia was a scientist working for the Jovian Astrolaw Commission.
She had been attempting to continue Doctor Balik's work on the BUNNI after his death, but with very little success. She was at J.A.C. Headquarters during The Battle of Callisto and is presumed to have died in the assault.
