Carmen was an inmate at Prison Station 13.
A terrorist from Planet Adroa, she believed that space travel leads to the social and moral decline of mankind. This belief caused her to destroy seven space ports. She also considers herself a poet and a philosopher.
While in prison, she was associated with Rosa Santiago.
