Betsy is a waitress who worked at the Strata Lightspeed Cafe in Strata Space Port.
She has two daughters named Lucy and Sara. Their father was a former war hero who died fighting for the rebellion in around 2200. Apparently, Betsy told her daughters that he died in an accident at the chemical factory where he worked.
In 2204 she began dating a shopkeeper named Omar, after Sabina White helped to set the two of them up.
